Last week we purchased the Air Force 1 air brake for the TOW vehicle. Well the install was shotie. Here at Elkhart 4h Fairgrounds the FMCA rally began today and the company who took our money, 6 days ago, showed up for this rally.
They came and re-located the box under the hood and rerouted the air line on the Condo and added plastic zip sleeves, plus tied the line with electric ties.
When I mentioned that I could not believe they would take $1,300.00 dollars and send us down the road with shotie work, the owner said all would have been alright. Except for the noise box under the hood of the CRV. Sheesh, I just turned and walked away.
SMI out of Evansville, IL will not get our business again.
