11:30 pm went to Dr today
Allergies gone wild. This hot and humid air is the cause. Do you suffer like this? Even with two insurance policy it still cost $25 for doc and $39 dollars for 2 of the meds. One prescription was turned down by the insurance company. When did insurance companies override what the Doctor says?? If I buy the nose spray without insurance, the cost would be over $70. Sheesh.
Frankfort, Ky looks like a city with a lot to do and see. Saturday, after the coo coo train ride, we passed thru Frankfort on the way home. Didn't know exactly where this is, we followed the GPS. Stopped at this scenic pull out. 
Sometimes when taking pictures, extra items turn up. Can you see Craig? He's the one wearing glasses.
Saturday this was our Senior Conductor ( he also sang). Notice the two gold bands on the hat, that is what shows he is a Senior Conductor. He pointed out that this hat would cost about $200 today, but he found and purchased over the Internet for $50. He does have a good singing voice. He is a unpaid volunteer, as all of the people where volunteer's.
